descrizione	SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis. Sicim is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our project based in Iraq. The person shall carry on the following activities: Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Facilitate the team to complete the project as per the allocated budget and timeline. Formulate accurate and detailed tenders that include information on materials, quantity, contractors, and overall expenses. Develop a systematic report on price estimates of different materials for a specific project. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Requirements: at least 8 years of experience in the role Degree in Civil Engineer at least 10 years of experience in o&G project Project location: Iraq
