Key Account Technical Manager

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Key Account Technical Manager to join our team on-site at one of our most strategic client locations in Pordenone.

The selected candidate will act as the primary technical interface between our internal engineering teams and the customer’s technical departments. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background (preferably in electronics, automation, or control systems) and some initial experience in project or technical coordination.

You will be responsible for supporting ongoing activities, gathering feedback, facilitating issue resolution, and ensuring a strong alignment between project goals and technical delivery. This is a high-visibility role with strong growth potential in account management and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as daily point of contact for the client regarding ongoing engineering and consulting activities

• Participate in technical progress meetings and gather updates from both client and internal teams

• Coordinate and support the work of our on-site consultants, ensuring alignment with project plans and client expectations

• Facilitate issue tracking, escalations, and resolution paths across multi-disciplinary teams

• Collect and consolidate technical feedback to ensure proper follow-up and continuous improvement

• Contribute to planning, reporting, and risk identification for ongoing projects

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineers, project leads, and team coordinators on both sides

• Support the identification of potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities

Place: Pordenone (on-site at client premises)

• Degree in Electronics, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
  
• 2–5 years of experience in technical roles (development, testing, or systems) combined with exposure to project coordination or team interfacing
  
• Understanding of embedded systems, control architectures, or electromechanical integration
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently on client site, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  
• Fluency in Italian and professional English (B2+)
