descrizione	We are seeking a highly motivated person to lead the logistics and operations for an exciting innovative startup in the field of energy and green hydrogen. Must be results-oriented, well organized and a true team player, wanting to work in a dynamic and evolving startup atmosphere. Logistics: manage all logistical aspects of both R&D and subsequently manufacturing efforts. Procurement: ensure reliable, timely and cost-effective supply of equipment and materials. Operations: enable a smooth passage to production, manage pilot projects and promote dynamic but well organized work processes Regulation: assume responsibility for compliance with regulatory requirements, in cooperation with product management. Reporting and control: create, together with the CFO, a light but effective reporting and control system and culture. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, management engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 year experience in an operations-oriented context. Fluent English (both oral and written) a must. Proven experience with at least one of the following: hardware R&D; manufacturing; procurement; business process engineering. Experience in the energy, hydrogen, or cleantech sectors. International experience.
