descrizione	Our client is a large metal products manufacturing company that is part of an American multinational group. We are looking for a QUALITY ENGINEER Job scope To ensure product compliance through the verification and continuous improvement of process capability. To stop the production in case of non-conformity. Main duties 1. To coordinate and supervise Caps Quality Inspectors 2. To manage vision systems 3. To define and update control plans for compound and cap production processes and verify their correct application 4. To supervise and coordinate problem solving activities for compound and closures manufacturing till the definition of corrective/improvement actions necessary to the non-recurrence of the problem (in particular; Non-Conformity and OOS) 5. To supervise sorting department activities 6. To manage any other necessary action for the achievement of the Company targets with particular attention to internal spoilage 7. To ensure the conformity of the finished goods through the verification and continuous improvement of the production processes 8. To perform induction training about product and process controls 9. Work according to Hygiene and Food Safety rules as well as Health and Safety regulations and procedures as specified in our manuals and procedures Job requirements Relevant Secondary school diploma or University Degree Knowledge and good use of all the quality instruments necessary in a certified system Languages: Good knowledge of English Deep knowledge of Food regulations Ability to manage people Problem solving technics Good communication skills Good knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety and Health and Safety rules and Environmental regulations Key competencies (management behaviours) Standard Setting Openness to new Ideas Customer Orientation Problem Solving Skills Communication Teamwork Respect for People Permanent contract.
