InfoCert is looking for AI Engineer.

Service Innovation is the unit with the task to align products evolution and R&D activities to InfoCert business strategy. From incremental innovation to high level design of radical business model changes, Service Innovation coverage spans the three innovation horizons:

- Relevant product evolution - roadmaps and budgeting (3-6 months horizon)

- New products, concepts, design, and prototypes (6-12 months horizon)

- R&D activities and financed projects (>12 months horizon

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions from concept to production.
• Actively contribute to the AI Lab initiatives by developing new AI solutions, researching new technologies, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Provide AI expertise and support to various teams across the company. Understand their requirements, propose suitable AI solutions, and assist in implementing these solutions to solve business problems.
• Prepare and deliver talks, demos, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to showcase AI solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. The ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions using cloud services, including but not limited to AI/ML toolkits, data storage, and deployment mechanisms.
• Proven ability to lead and manage AI projects from conception to deployment. Experience with agile methodologies and tools for version control, project tracking, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with large language models like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures.
• Ability to fine-tune and deploy LLMs for various natural language processing tasks, including text generation, summarization, translation, and question-answering.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers for developing and managing AI pipelines, expertise in creating and utilizing embeddings for various NLP tasks, hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for integrating retrieval mechanisms with language models, proficiency in fine-tuning pre-trained models to enhance performance for specific tasks, and knowledge of vector databases like Faiss, Milvus, or Pinecone for efficient storage and querying of embeddings.
