We are looking for a WCA Team Performance Lead to support the implementation and development of the PFAS HAAS contract, as part of the team delivering Work Capability Assessments.
As WCA Team Performance Lead for PFAS, you will be responsible for supporting the Assessment Centre Manager in the daily running of the assessment centre and will be responsible for the line management of customer service representatives within your team. You will be responsible for ensuring that Healthcare Professionals are fully supported in delivering on productivity targets. Ensuring that sessions are managed effectively to ensure HCPs have the right number and type of cases every day, reduce waiting times for claimants, and be available to resolve any ad hoc issues that could compromise the overall productivity and customer satisfaction within the assessment centre. Your success will be demonstrated by how you develop, support and lead your team to deliver on their personal and the business objectives.
As a WCA Team Performance Lead for PFAS, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs):
. Delivering on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets . Leading team meetings, planning the goals & objectives for the day . Providing CSRs with appropriate mentorship, coaching & reviews to deliver quality services and support career progression.
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
Qualifications: 4 GCSE/O Level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths
Experience: Successfully supervising a team to meet output and quality expectations
Knowledge: WCA service delivery
Skills: The Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators in a demanding environment
Salary:£39,000 - £42,000 per annum Permanent full time position - onsite Croydon 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
