Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games. Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
We are seeking a Hospitality Assets & Operations Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of pre-Games and Games-time hospitality activities. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, organizational skills, and a strong collaborative spirit to help achieve our functional and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in defining assets to be included in Hospitality packages and products.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and update data and documentation related to hospitality activities.
- Contribute to the development and achievement of functional objectives.
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor the progress of functional processes and actions.
- Assist in managing stakeholder relations effectively.
- Proven experience in events and/or hospitality.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
- Strong teamworking attitude, with empathetic and enthusiastic behavior.
- Excellent organizational skills and structured approach to work.
- Knowledge of the organizational aspects of Winter Olympic Games is a plus.
- Flexibility and availability to travel and relocate as required.
