Are you an experienced, registered, Self Employed Electrician? Are you based in Glasgow?

We are looking for an Electrician to work on our electrical installations at car parking sites across Glasgow and Edinburgh plus surrounding areas. You will perform routine inspections and diagnostics, identify electrical issues and troubleshoot problems. You will be testing electrical systems using specialised tools to ensure proper functioning and safety. The successful applicant will need to be able to respond and address electrical failures or malfunctions.

You will need to be registered and able to provide certification from NICEIC or NAPIT.

Who you are

· A qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 year’s experience working in a similar role

· Certified by NICEIC or NAPIT

· Self Employed

· Someone who is prepared to travel across London to carry out installs but to also investigation and resolve electrical issues at sites

· Able to work at heights up to 3 metres

· Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport and equipment

· Supply your own PPE

Essential Qualifications:

· 18th Edition IEE regulations and 2383-th Edition Update

· Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installations such as C&G 2365 Level 3 or 2330 or equivalent

· Hold Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS:7671:2018

Hourly rate: £25 - £35 per hour, depending on experience

Location: The ideal candidate will be based in the Glasgow area and happy to travel to sites
