As a Fibre Installation Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in connecting customers to reliable internet while ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer care. Key Responsibilities •Efficient Installations: Professionally install and configure fibre optic broadband systems in residential properties. •Technical Expertise: Perform testing and troubleshooting to guarantee top-tier system performance. •Customer Engagement: Educate customers on their new systems and address their questions with confidence. •Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards during all installations. •Accurate Reporting: Keep detailed records of completed work and promptly report any issues. Requirements: o SA001: Safety Overhead o SA002: Safety Underground o S007: PIA Sub Duct and Cable Installation o S008: PIA Overhead Cable Installation o K008: Hand Rodding in the UG Network o IPAF certification is an advantage o A valid UK driving license is essential Ready to connect with us?
