We are currently seeking a seasoned and competent warehouse operative who is reliable and detail-focused, to support our busy warehouse team, based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

·Accurately receive and unload customer stock by carton and allocate to correct warehouse locations.

·Pick and pack customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

·Perform 100% checks on all pallet orders to ensure high accuracy and quality.

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

·Follow all Health & Safety procedures and standard operating processes.

·Prioritise daily workloads to meet customer expectations and business needs.

·Contribute to the success of the site by performing all tasks effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

·Contribute to the success of the site by performing all tasks effectively, efficiently, and safely.

·Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF Scanners.

·Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy.

·Knowledge of manual handling best practices (desirable).

·Confidence in learning new systems and processes.

·IT literacy and the ability to follow digital workflows.

·A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

·Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
