We represent a solid international organization engaged in the distribution of premium products within the wine & spirits industry. We are currently seeking Regional Sales Managers – Germany to cover key territories across the country.

Reporting directly to the Export Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing commercial activities within a defined region of Germany. The role aims to ensure sustainable business growth, strengthen relationships with distributors and clients, and achieve sales targets across key channels (Ho.Re.Ca., retail, and selected importers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Drive commercial growth in the assigned region, ensuring volume and margin targets are met.
• Manage and expand relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with the Export Sales Director and local sales agents to ensure consistent and effective market coverage.
• Support trade marketing initiatives, local events, and promotional activities.
• Collect and analyze market data, identifying new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets.
• Represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry events.

• Proven experience (minimum 5–8 years) in Sales or Key Account Management within the wine & spirits sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the German market and regional distribution channels.
• Established professional network in the assigned region.
• Excellent command of German (C1 level or equivalent) and good command of English.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the company’s overall commercial strategy.
• Residence in Germany is required.
