We are looking for a Steel Structure Supervisor to join our team at Bonatti Spa Dutch Branch for the Porthos CO2 Project, which involves the construction of a compression station to store CO2 in an empty gas field in the North Sea

The Steel Structure Supervisor manages subcontracted or directly hired manpower and oversees Steel Structure construction activities under the Steel Structure Superintendent’s responsibility. He ensures compliance with HSE requirements and quality control standards. The role involves supervising all Steel Structure work on site, including the installation and disassembly of steel structures and pipe racks, following project specifications and drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all company policies on health, safety, environment, security, and quality.
• Lead the team to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities from material receipt to the completion of erection work.
• Manage all Steel Structure site activities, overseeing foremen and workers (subcontractors or direct hires).
• Report progress, manpower, and equipment status to the Steel Structure Superintendent.
• Define resource requirements (personnel, vehicles, materials) and logistics needs in collaboration with the Steel Structure Superintendent.

• Minimum of 5 years of construction practical experience in Oil & Gas Plants;
• Having held a Steel Structure Supervisors position in the last 3 years;
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, adaptability and stress tolerance;
• Must be a Team Member, Leader and a Team player with leadership, motivation and technical skills.
