Selection 101404/a – We’re seeking a Landscape Architect to lead the design of large-scale, innovative, and sustainable landscape projects across Riyadh and the wider Gulf region.

Join a leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm established in 2004, with over three decades of experience delivering transformative projects in architecture, urban planning, and engineering. You’ll play a pivotal role in redefining the landscape of modern Saudi Arabia—merging design excellence, cultural heritage, and environmental innovation.

About the Role

As Landscape Architect, you’ll lead the creative and technical development of large-scale public and private landscape projects—from concept through completion. Your work will shape outdoor environments that balance aesthetics, culture, and sustainability, enhancing the living experience across Saudi Arabia’s evolving urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Drive the landscape design vision for high-profile urban, commercial, and residential developments across the Gulf.
• Project Development: Lead all phases of the design process—site analysis, concept creation, planning, and implementation—ensuring cohesive integration with architecture and infrastructure.
• Sustainability Focus: Embed environmentally responsible strategies, including drought-resistant planting, smart irrigation, and water-efficient solutions tailored to arid climates.
• Cultural Integration: Develop landscapes inspired by regional identity and heritage, blending tradition with contemporary design sensibilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and planners to ensure a unified design approach across disciplines.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of landscape designers, horticulturists, and technicians, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Client Engagement: Present concepts and detailed proposals to clients, ensuring projects align with their vision, goals, and quality expectations.
• Quality Control: Oversee design execution on-site, ensuring adherence to specifications, environmental regulations, and aesthetic standards.
• Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement processes, maintaining cost-effective, high-quality delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in large-scale landscape design and master planning
• Proven track record on major Gulf or Middle Eastern projects (parks, waterfronts, cities)
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills
• Fluent English
